About Oceanview Treetop Villa

THE ROCK HOUSE is a contemporary style home boasting EXQUISITE VIEWS OF THE PACIFIC. This two-story house sits on a 3 acre hillside property surrounded by the jungle providing a very PRIVATE and TRANQUIL backdrop for your tropical getaway. With beautiful indoor/outdoor design elements and just steps from the INFINITY POOL, the house features a spacious kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom on the first level and TWO MASTER SUITES with private bathrooms and a balcony upstairs.

The space

The Rock House was built as a summer home for our family and we are honored to share it with you when we cannot be there to enjoy it ourselves! As former local boutique hotel owners, we have put a great deal of thought and heart into designing this luxury home to allow our guests to be “beach house” comfortable while exploring all that the Santa Teresa area has to offer.

For the comfort of our guests, each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit that can be adjusted to individual temperature preferences. Downstairs is meant to enjoy the tropics with a more open air feeling. With large sliding glass doors with screens making up 3 sides of this space, the sea breeze and views can be enjoyed with the doors open during the day while still offering security at night.

We are less than 5 minutes to the surf and sand, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of town for peace and tranquility.

Other things to note

4×4 or ATV is required for the short drive up the hill to the house.

A pro-active pest control program is maintained. However, no program is fool proof, especially in the jungle.
