About Oceanview Treetop Villa

If you want a villa that’s nice and modern w/ incredible views AND that is actually affordable, you have come to the right place. This treetop villa is perfect for couples..the adventure retreat you have been waiting for! There is a full kitchen and large private balcony that you can enjoy a morning coffee on while bird watching and checking the waves below..The casa is 1km up from the famous beaches of ST and Playa Carmen, with amazing views of the whole coastline. Very fast internet also! 🙂

The space

Perched above the jungle canopy, Oceanview Treetop Villa combines modern comfort with breathtaking scenery. Designed for couples or solo travelers seeking both tranquility and adventure, this elevated hideaway offers uninterrupted views of the Pacific coastline and surrounding mountains — best enjoyed from the spacious private balcony, complete with hammock and outdoor seating.

Inside, the villa is bright, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. A cozy bedroom with room-darkening shades ensures restful sleep, while the open-plan living space flows into a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals with ease. Brew a fresh coffee, blend up a smoothie, and enjoy breakfast while watching the waves roll in below.

Just outside, a private walkway leads to an outdoor shower — perfect after a surf session or a day exploring. With fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart TV, and secure parking, the villa offers all the conveniences of home within a tropical setting. Whether you prefer relaxing in peace or setting out for daily adventures, this treetop escape is the perfect base for your Costa Rican getaway.

Guest access

The entire villa is yours! There are several other neighboring villas but all have their own parking spaces, private decks/accesses, views, etc ! Most of our guests have a rental vehicle usually a small 4×4, however we also coordinate ATV rentals to be delivered upon arrival ($60-80 a day depending type/time of year), which is a really fun way to explore the entire peninsula towns, beaches, restaurants, attractions etc! Many guests have also chosen just to walk down to the town/beaches. It’s about a 12-15 min beautiful shaded walk down, and solid exercise walking back up! 🙂 Many people walk up and down daily though.

Other things to note

4×4 rental vehicle required for the 1km
Drive up from the Main road/beach. OR we can gladly arrange rental ATV (tons of fun best way to explore all the towns on the peninsula) to be delivered upon your arrival. The weekly rate for Honda 420cc (2pp can be on) is $400 roughly depending time of year.
